Prednáška: Use of force and secessionist conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh
Information about the lecture:
Lecture will examine the implication of the violation of the prohibition of the use of force on secessionist claim of the self-proclaimed Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh. It will also analyze recent developments including the ceasefire agreement signed on 10 November 2020. The lecture will seek to answer the question: under international law is Nagorno-Karabakh an independent state?
